Bug description: Says 'The spell is not available to you' and i dont get the hot. tried it on me, random people, npcs, party members.

I am having the same problem with renewing mist just started about an hour ago. I am getting the same error message "This spell is not available to you". I logged out and back in again to no avail. Please let me know if you you figure out what is going on.

Confirmed. Exact Same issue.
Can't Uplift, can't spread HoTs.
This is breaking my PvE performance.
Get it patched ASAP.

This was the reason of today's crashes and it got automatically disabled by the server in an attempt to not crash anymore.
Fixed the crash and enabled the spell
