Bug description: Gems shouldnt proc in pvp.

Proof: As i know this season is grievous ,which means you get grievous gear from conquest = s14 (http://wow.gamepedia.com/Season_14)

This season started September 17, 2013, ended : February 18, 2014

Began one week after patch 5.4.0

Ended with launch of patch 5.4.7

Already discussed here https://forum.wow-freakz.com/DUPLICATE-Legendary-meta-gem-vs-PvP-t400652.html , the conclusion was that we should disable the proc in pvp only when we reach phase 3
