[FIXED] Boss Timers

Bug description: Boss Timers have no recordings of Council of Elders @ Throne of Thunder. Its recorded only if you go to last 30 raids recordings (now its gone). It doesn't get recorded in one's armory page either.

This is an old bug ,my guild did jin'rokh like 10 times but they didn't appear on boss timers ,and it also happened to me when amber-shaper was added. After you kill the boss you get a messaje in chat encounter succesful ,time 00:00

I know its old, but perhaps its time to fix it. Without it, Boss Timers feature is rather useless.

Fixed, I made a mistake when I set the boss timers ID for council, should be ok now, old timers are correctly appearing https://www.wow-freakz.com/boss_timers.php?raid=tot&&npc=69182
