Bug description: It procs atonement aswell and it shouldnt.

Also,the way solace smart heal is working right now is actually smarter than atonement itself, for example if the caster needs healing solace will heal you but normal atonement doesnt do that at the moment.Maybe you should take a look at it to ctrl C -> ctrl V to atonement script,because it works way better.

It's not supposed to trigger atonement since PW:S already has a damage-based healing component.
