[FIXED] [Druid][Spells] NS + Cyclone PvP Duration

Bug description: When you use Nature's Swiftness https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=132158&&name=nature-s-swiftness + Cyclone you do 8 second cc with cyclone instead of 6 seconds.

min 1:45 you can see that ns + cyclone is actually 6 sec.

I thought i take 8 sec cyc cuz of this The healing and duration of the spell is increased by 50%

You saw the video...it was actually a resto druid on retail using ns cyclone on that priest at 1:45 , 6 seconds cylcone , am i blind?
