Bug description: i made an alt toon and quested a bit on most maps, found that almost 100% of the time you have a quest with " kill that , bring head" if u aoe loot there are no quest items , killing it again with some tactic to no aoe loot u get what u need, so maybe there's a bug somewhere
Proof: now sure what to print for bug , i got this with quest from 1 to 90 , hope some other person can confirm this

Quest items need to looted from the body of that npc individually i think , Give it a try.

u cant do that because after the common loot is open u cant loot that body alone

You need to loot the specific corpse as first one to receive the specific quest item along with all other loot.
