Bug description: You can get the benefits from Incarnation then switch to other talents,making this an incredible exploit in terms of HPS gain.
Also some things to note,you can put lifebloom on multiple targets and simply keep refreshing it,but if coupled with soul of the forest you can pretty much solo heal both tanks at the same time for free.

This has nothing to do with changing talents, apparently you can just refresh all applications of lifebloom even after Incarnation: Tree of Life has ended.

Fixed both issues:
1. Incarnation benefits after spec change
2. Lifebloom refresh while Tree of Life is no longer active
