[FIXED] [Warlock][Spell] Demonic Gateway while rooted

Bug description: You shouldn't be able to take the Demonic Gateway while you are rooted. Also, if you get charged in middle of the gateway, the charge will just stop you in place. ( It should say ''Immune'' to the player who wants to use the spell, just like it works on death grip. )
Proof:

1. Clicking the Gateway while rooted:

2. Getting Charged / Rooted in middle of the teleport:

Since the warlock gets pacified while taking the Gateway, it should prevent Charge / Roots by displaying the ''Immune'' message to the players that want to use those spells while the Warlock is taking the Gateway. It already works on Death Grip but on Charge / Root spells it doesn't.

Actually,you should get cced,but you should also reach the destination.

Players can no longer use the gateway while CC'ed. Regarding the other bug (CC'ed while flying @ gateway) please make another bug report (wasn't one already posted?)
