Bug description: Saur Fetishes ( object: https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=218373&&name=saur-fetish , https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=218372&&name=saur-fetish ) do not drop Saur Fetishes ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=93668/saur-fetish ) at all ( drop chance supposed to be 100% - http://www.wowhead.com/item=93668/saur-fetish#contained-in-object )

Use OUR item finder and see that they drop from the NPC. Stop using wowhead.

We will add them in the objects but is not a priority right now since the quest is working

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
