2 dungeons entry from rdf broken

Hi.

There is a problem with 2 low lvl dungeons:

Gnomeregan: when enter via RDF party is teleported to the workshop entry which is closed and you need key to open it so you are stuck.

Scarlet Halls: entry point from RDF is broken so whole party fall thru textures and die. What is worse you can not release the spirit so only altF4 and SR.

Please fix
