Hello, I've raided with The Council of Elders guild, they are asshole ninjas. Also 50% of the raid members were their guildies failing all kinds of fight mechanics.

To avoid being ninja looted you should join a guild raid or join pug raids only if you know that the leader is trustworthy . There is nothing that can be done to ninja looters since it is not against the rules.

Sadly, there is no rule against ninjas, better follow the advice Orga told you and you won't have anymore problems.
