[DUPLICATE] Rune of Re-Origination vs mastery raid buff

Bug description: when the trinket procs, it takes into consideration raid mastery buff (tried with shaman buff)
Proof:
tested with combat rogue

base stats:

haste = 6511 (+200 from food I was testing with)
mastery = 4944 (+3000 from shaman buff)
crit = 3584

look at my energy regen since haste values in screens my be skewed because of SnD and Adrenaline Rush buffs

trinket proc without mastery buff - works as intended, haste got buffed and mastery+crit has their base values


trinket proc with mastery buff - mastery at 111%, energy regen at 12 meaning I have no haste


my mastery value with trinket + mastery buff (I also used my cds since 24 energy regen (Adrenaline Rush buff))
