It works. I used the Potion 1st and then i killed a Npc with Loa buff.

What is missing ? All those items from wowhead are contained in its specific bag

It is working, try clicking multiple times from different positions, or just do a relog.

It works. Try in different spots of the pool until you succeed. Move backwards and forward and cast your fishing pole until you hit the proper zone.
