More character name options

It would be nice if you added to the character customization/guild creation, more letters/symbols from different alphabets, not just the basic English alphabet's letters. I think it's pretty frustrating when you have to double a letter of that one 'cool' name you want to use, but has been taken by a long-forgotten level 42 gnome.
(i.e. êèéúÿìøæñ etc)

And if i wanted to whisper to a friend with whose letters how would i do it ? google for "strange letters" ?

You can always go for character map for strange letters.

still you can add ! @ # $ % ^& * ( for example )

there are on the keyboard and you can use them on whisper or anything else

It can't be done. Ussualy GM's use commands to ban / kick / mute. They can't ban a player with name with characters like " êèéúÿì" This might be the main reason.

Other against reasons:
- may cause confusions with extremely similar characters (maybe identical visually)
- possible database issues (with site/armory/etc)

That been said, we can not add any of those features.

I want to ensure you that every ban is always followed by a proper reason. If you wake up in a situation where your account is banned, feel free to make a proper post under Unban Request.
Do not forget to bring the necessary evidence to appeal GMs decision.
