Bug description: i cant talk to Captain Keelhaul to retarn the qust but the NPC has the ? mark

Bring a print screen, the Proof field is not optional

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !

You need to have at least neutral reputation with Bloodsail Buc. to turn the quest.
