[Arena] Nameplates on stealthed players while having Shadow Sight buff

Bug description: If a player is stealthed and you have the nameplates toggled on and also the Shadow Sight buff on you, you can't see the stealthed player's nameplate.
Proof: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/9377147677 ''it will show his nameplate through basically anything if you're close enough.''

This is also supposed to work for stealthed units who are visible to you even if you don't have the Shadowsight buff.
