Bug description: Although i have the quest item in my inventory, the npc won't let me complete it.

Do you have your inventory full? The quest item should be transformed or give you another item that should complete the quest.

No, my inventory is not full as you can see from the picture, and i already transformed the item that droped from a mob into the quest.
