Bug description: Doesn't give credit for defeating Elena Flutterfly..

Confirmed. Also Durin Darkhammer doesn't give credit for Battle Pet Tamers: Eastern Kingdoms either.

It was talked in the past about the issue. It's just a visual one. Quests are working fine. Just delete cache, relog and do it again (if you want to be 100% sure).

Have you tried TURNING it in? When I said it's a visual bug I said that in the quest objective window it may not appear completed but it actually is.

Worked turning it in after deleting cache 3 times and defeating her every time!
