[DUPLICATE] [Jewelcraft]Perk: Gem Perfection

Bug description: Perk: Gem perfection doesn't work at all. Tried making 1 perfect gem using 10 Pandaria Garnet (cheap red gem) and 30 lapis lazulli (cheap blue gem) and didnt get a single perfect gem (which should have the same stats as the blue gems(Primordial Ruby,River's Heart)). Also from what i see on Freakz database Gem perfection is only listed as Northrend gems
