[REJECTED] Server lag & disconnects

WoW Freakz link: Disconnecting randomly & extreme lag
Bug description: Since sunday 24.01.2016 after fixing that laggy period @ 14:30 server time or so i keep getting disconnected randomly and i have increased lag & delay (sometimes the game freezes up to 10-20 seconds )
Apparently the issue is not for every player ,some get disconnected while some don't so i think it might be some internet connectivity problem between server's ISP and our providers ,just a couple of minutes before i got disconnected 5 times in 10 minutes or so and some other people on global_en channel said same thing happened to them as well !I don't know if this helps fixing the issue but in my case my internet provider is called A1 Austria(just in case is a issue with this provider)
In my case for example after i get disconnected the website appears as offline too even tho it's up and running!
Proof: I can't provide any proof because it happens randomly and a print screen with the login screen with ''you got disconnected from server'' won't be of much help in my opinion!

Hi,

Could you post a Tracert to the server . Then an GM can take a look at problem.

Steps

1. Open Command Prompt as Admin

2. Type in tracert wow.freakz.ro

3. Take a screenshot and post here after uploading to http://imgur.com/

I already talked with shocker about it,here is the tracert.
At first command was when it started lagging and i got disconnected,site appeared offline etc and second command is right after site was up and i was trying to reconnect !

Everything looks ok, 73 ms lag, no timeouts (that #13 node is an internal server that doesn't reply to traceroute, ignore it, it's normal)
You should run the trace when the server/site isn't working/you have lags, if you run it after problem is solved it's not useful

just now game froze i had CMD open and run the tracert

Your game freezes are deffinetly not related with lag/server side issue. The overall MS you had was perfectly fine.

Please try to reinstall your game by downloading the full game client from our website and not elsewhere.
