Actually WoWhead's values are estimates only as no one really knows the drop chance of every item in-game (this is a Blizzard secret).
WoWhead does actually a approximate calculation (like I kill a boss 10 times, 5 times it dropes me an item, 3 items another and so one so the first must have a 50% chance, the third one a 33% and so one).

For the mounts that you added they are indeed only an estimation. As you can see both of them have their own mount at a 5% drop chance but man that's pretty rare to happen. Different mobs (they have different IDs) drop the same loot and chances when we know that Blizzard loves RNG.
In conclusion just posting "WoWhead is RIGHT THIS IS THE CHANCE" is not a proof.
