Bug description: 40% dmg increase on dots instead of 35%

Tested haunt works fine but still 40% not 35 %

Actually it is a 40% increase, instead of 35%.



256 + 35% = 345
256 + 40% = 358

Meh ... it was set 40% because of this bug report https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Warlock-Affliction-Spell-Haunt-t363615.html , containing a quote from 5.4 fixes @ 10 september 2013, but the hotfix metioned in the current topic is from 23 september 2013, so we had the correct formula all along
