Bug description: If you have NS on you and you proc Living Seed on you or on a target, Living Seed will just cancel the NS by removing it.
Proof: -

This one is pretty crucial since Restoration druids are gettings their NS removed in raids / arenas, etc.

It's not Living Seed, it's Regrowth's ticks that's causing this issue.
