Bug description: After race-changing the barber doesn't work.Minor issue but still,an issue with a donating 'item' which should be looked into.

That's the point where,normally,the little tab for changing hair style,color,etc should appear.It doesn't.
Same thing happens in other cities aswell.
Cache is cleared.
