Bug description: The mobs in Zul'Gurub will one-hit kill my lvl 33 rogue. How am I expected to do this quest at the appropriate level? I can't complete the quest achievement for this zone on my rogue

Zul'Gurub? Zul'Gurub is a level 85 Heroic Dungeon. Are you sure you are talking about the correct mobs? Link/name please.

This is the where the mobs are... in Zul'Gurub. I've done this quest on other servers and this is where they always are (unless you have put them elsewhere):

Tan'Shang

Tenjiyu

Chiyu

Escape from Zul'Gurub

Even your own NPC finder (check for yourself) locates the mobs as being INSIDE Zul'Gurub. If you are lvl 29 and are doing this quest, the zone should not be set to lvl 85 heroic.

Yup, it's basically a phased version of the instance, which you get teleported to and play as the baby raptor upon accepting the quest. It plays like a vehicule and you get advice from the "older" raptors on how to use your skills to get out of ZG, but it becomes useless, as if memory serves, you're re-captured as you try to exit.

It's easy to solo at max level. =/ There are a few quests like this that you can't do at the intended level because of a bug. Like the Southern STV pirate quest, because the pirates won't talk to you unless you're neutral with them, EVEN with the quest buff that supposedly makes you temporarily friendly with them as long as you have the buff. (Meaning, you have to kill BB Bruisers, who are lvl 90)

So... that means you can't get the quest achievements for that area until lvl 90? That's not very good. I don't understand why things like this in low level areas aren't fixed quicker than they are. Hell, just move those 4 mobs outside of Zul'Gurub if that's the case...

Well someone should fix it in some way or make it instant win! Waiting til lvl 90 to finish it is not an answer!

Set to autocomplete since it is a very OLD patch quest and it isn't worth the time spent to fix it. Nobody will probably do it anyway



Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
