Name unavailable

Hello, i have a character named "Stalker" and i want to give this name to another of my characters, i delete the character and when i try to rename my other character it says name unavailable . Is this from Blizzard that you can't name the characters that way or there is any way to name it that way, i'm talking for a name changer as you change the name into the game not that on wow.freakz shop with vote points.

You can only rename with WOW Shop/Vote Shop and you can't use any other option for rename.

Actually you can rename with donation 5$ on Wow Shop, but i'm telling you that when you try to put the name Stalker to a character it says unavailable.

Its most likely due to the fact that the character was recently deleted. Was it max level?

It is level 89, but its strange because if i delete another character and then i create a new one with that name it works , if i do it with the name Stalker it dosen't
