Wand auto shot.

Bug description: Wand starts to attack enemies when I start my rotation, after first DoTs I get GCD almost 2 seconds.
And wait until the magic wand has completed visual effect. The bug is that even if you don't use your Shot spell,
wand still uses the General GCD.
Really can not use more than one spell when "wand and spells are vying for the right to a single GCD at the same time".
