Question for inba rogues

Hello fellow sly friends
My noobish question is: How do you guys kill Essence of Desire in Black temple?
I find it really hard, as it is a little bugged, or at least this is what I think ^^

You need heal in phase 2. Without heal or imba DPS is impossible.

I finally made it, but let me tell you how, maybe it will be helpful
Assassination spec
Deadly poison, Rupture, the other bleeding damage
Always running
Imoprtant!!! Soulstone for Warlock, HP potions, HP pvp trinket, full buff from bg...joining bg for buffs, and left right away, always running, and healing with shiv and recuperate, as the second poison was leeching poison
Hard to do it, bu this is how you solo that *** face with rogue ^^
