[FIXED] Quest tracking addons (IsQuestFlaggedCompleted)

The internal WoW API command to check if a quest is complete is: IsQuestFlaggedCompleted ( http://wow.gamepedia.com/API_IsQuestFlaggedCompleted )

In Mists of Pandaria, it should have the following return behaviour:

1 -> if quest is completed;
nil -> if quest is not completed or wrong ID;

Bug description:
At the moment addons that use the API Command, namely Loremaster, Grail or Quest Completist are not functioning properly because even if a quest is completed, the server returns a "nil" instead of 1.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Complete any quest.
2) Get the questID
3) Run the following API command ingame which should print the status:

/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(questID));

4) Observe that even if it's completed, it is returned as "nil"

I suspect it is a server handling issue of the opcode probably with SMSG_IS_QUEST_COMPLETE_RESPONSE , code or structure being unhandled?
