[FIXED] [Paladin] Repentance vs. Eternal Flame

WoW Freakz spell link: Repentance | Eternal Flame
Bug description: 1. The direct heal from Eternal Flame breaks Repentance. The HoT does not, however:
2. If you have Beacon of Light on yourself and the Eternal Flame HoT on someone else, the ticks that come through the Beacon will break Repentance.

Tested it with other CCs, seems only Repentance is having problems.

3. Repentance should have an 8 second duration in PvP. Currently it's 6.

@3:04 you can see in the gladius frames it lasts 8 seconds.

1) Doesn't have anything to do with Eternal Flame, any direct heal was removing it, fixed
2) Most likely related to 1)
3) Fixed
