Bug description: I completed the prequest "The Broken Front" but no quest come from the Dying Soldier.
Proof: I go to the NPC but i can't get the quest

added the quest to another quest giver since the soldiers are not in the mood of giving quests today -



Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
