Bug description:
Procs from every ability that does dmg with the weapon: Rune Strike, Heart Strike etc. It even procs from Death Strike
It should proc ONLY from Autoattacks that arent missed. Even the dodged or parried should proc this, only the miss autoattacks shouldnt proc it.
