Bug description: 1) can't use the object provided (Area 52 Sepcial), say invalid target;
2) if you kill npc wihtout bomb on quest say is completed, but when you go on quest giver you cant complete it.

1) It is too complicated to fix the spell.
2) Fixed

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
