[FIXED] [General][PvP] Prideful gear for Honor, after 27000 Conquest gained

Bug description: After you earn 27000 conquest points in the Grievous season, you should be able to unlock the vendor ( for your faction ) that sells S14 non-elite Grievous for honor.

So far, we have the following problems:
- Armsmaster Holinka sells Tyrannical for Honor, instead of Grievous for Honor.
- Roo Desvin sells Grievous for Conquest, instead of Grievous for Honor.
