Bug description: Acesta nu scoate Unholy Frenzy si nici SAVAGE ROAR DE LA FERAL & http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/6522503498 & https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=2908 (wowhead link)
Mai multe liste gasite pe net arata la ce spell-uri ar trb sa dea dispell :

Aici am gasit o lista BLIZZ-LIKE la ce ar trb sa dea remove http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2112511542
Dea lungu timpu-lui soothe a fost modificat sau scos si adaugat spelluri care pot primi dispell,
UN GM daca poate sa ajute la acest topic cu o lista MOP 5.4.8 cu ce merge si ce nu merge DISPELL la SOOTHE

Soothe scoate DOAR enrage effects. Unholy Frenzy si Savage Roar nu mai sunt clasificate ca enrage effects din MoP iar thread-ul care l-ai postat tu e din Cataclysm
