[DUPLICATE] Paladin retribution 2 piece tier set bug !

WoW Freakz link: Paladin retribution tier set bug !
Bug description: I have 2x pieces of the tier set(Lightning Emperor), the 2 piece buff should appear when I cast Exorcism but it dosen't , I'm seeing this buff all the time on other paladins but not on me. (P.S. I have raid finder items from the set and items 522ilvl and they do not proc neither way)
Proof: file:///F:/WoW/WoW_5.4.8/Screenshots/WoWScrnShot_022816_163524.jpg this is the link(COPY + PASTE it) to a picture I took after casting Exorcism on dummy and no proc of 2 piece tier bonus.
