Addon problem wtf ??

Hi , here's my problem :

I have 2 acounts , good .

Since now , I played most of my time on my first acount , and I have these addons:
-Dominos
-Gladius
-Killshot
-MSBT
-Omni CC
-Recount

All good , i fixed my actions bars with DOMINOS , all addons , saved , no problems , BUT , if I log on my second acount , and i enter in game with any character , I fix and edit all addons settings just like in the first acount (action bars , messages , etc) AND IF I LOG OUT OR RELOG on my second acount , all addons are reseted , like I never edited them of sth like that . This problem I have just on my second acount , when i relog , all addons are reseted , all bars , all spells , everything BUT just on my second acount ... and I think this problem started when I transfered my main char (Profetu) from Alliance to Horde ...
Since then I think , and I can't even edit that char , i have a bug or something like that :

When i click to "Click to customize your caracter" the game is crashing . I tried from 3 different pc's and didn't worked .

Please , any ideea how can I fix that problem with addons ... i tried every possible settings , and nothing worked

that is not an addon problem.
Have you tried deleting your Cache and WTF folders?

Yes , didn't worked ... same f*king problem ... GOD , why meee ??!
Any more ideas ? @_@

When i try to recustomize my caracter , aplication crash : ERROR #132 bla bla bla fatal exception!

Go to your WoW folder>right click on wow launcher>troubleshoot compatibility>try recommended settings>start the program

Nevermind ... i don't care so much about that error , i'm fine without customize my caracter ...
I care about addons problem ... why the bars and all my macros and settins are resetting every time ?

Redownload launcher from website,unpack it to your wow folder, run it as administrator (right click run as administrator)
if that doesnt help

Check if your account name folder in WTF/Account/ isn't set to read only in properties.

You can also check the same on those folders inside WTF/Account/Accountname:

SavedVariables
Genesis/CharName
Genesis/CharName/SavedVariables

Those folders are empty ... i mean is nothing there
WoW->WTF->Acount->(null)->Saved Variables is empty
WoW->WTF->Acount->Saved Variables is empty

I unchecked "read only" , click apply , Apply changes to this folder , subfolders and files , click ok ... and if i check again is marked , or partialy marked as read only ...

Nothing it's marked read only , and this is happening just on my second acount .

I think that's an acount problem ... can someone check if my acount it's bugged or sth like that ?
I mean , on my main acount , it's all fine and all works good ...

My second acount is "sfarma*lemne" and my "bugged" char is "Profetu" ...
I'm just asking , if you can help me here or tell me who i need to ask for a check ...

This "wow error @ character customize" doesn't have anything to do with client/launcher/addons, it's an issue caused by your current customization (skin/hair/etc), probably caused by visiting the barber shop, what you need is a customization reset, try again now

Now , can you tell me what i must do about the addons problem ?
Why are my settings resetting every time , just on that acount .

I discovered today that in my WTF folder , just my main acount it's saving ...
I enter in game , logging in both acounts , exiting game , and when i look in the WTF folder , just my main acount it's saved there ...
why ? It's not on read only ...
