Bug description: missing interactable items
Proof: Since the items are missing, I can't even screenshot them. Because they are missing.

The quest name is "The Dark Iron Army" and is given by a Horde NPC in Orgrimmar and is a part of a quest chain. In this quest, you are supposed to go to Blackrock Depths and poison some enemy supplies. The supply items are "Sack of grains", apologies, I could not find the specific id for that doodad in WoWhead. It is here in Freakz:

These items are supposed to be in West and East Garrisons but they are not there, rendering us unable to complete the quest.
