Some of the Warscouts, not Warbringers, drop no loot at all and cant be looted after death.

I first noticed this after tanking them with my warlock pet and i thought maybe my pet bugged it. then i started soloing them without a pet, just taking their hits, and some Warscouts still were unable to be looted. Its not that it gives you the option to loot, or that you loot and there's nothing to take from the loot window, there are no sparkles to indicate they have loot but the corpses say "loot:myname".

Its usually at least one in each zone. Ive had about 2-3 that drop nothing in Jade Forest on several occasions. I dont know if theres a chance for them to drop no loot but it seems like a bug to me. I dont want any of the loot that i lost, I dont really care, i just thought i would bring this to the attention of the GMs.
