[FIXED] [Rogue][Spells] Stealth vs AoE stuns

Bug description: When the rogue is in stealth he is immune to stuns , and if targeted you can't use range attacks/ range stuns (sometimes you storm bolt he dosen't get stunned and you get cd on it and it sucks ) and pretty much it's a crucial bug , even if he is in front of you and you use shockwave he dosen't get stunned only takes damage and gets him out of stealth , so there is no way to stop a rogue's opener here.

I also made a test using Remorseless Winter. When the rogue is stealthed and visible near me, he gets stunned. When he's near me but not visible, he doesn't get stunned.

This is not related to Subterfuge, but rather to stealth mechanics themselves.
