Bug description: Quel'Danas is not being summoned

According to wowhead, the sword should be summoned as you approach the Frostmourne. According to Freakz, the sword Quel'Delar is already here but in an unreachable position:

Since this is a part of a quest chain, we cannot advance any further without this quest being fixed.

Try to do Halls of Reflection on normal, not heroic mode.

When I try to do it in normal, it says "Normal Difficulty mode is not available for this instance"

NVM. I was able to enter it now. I guess it got somehow bugged because of the quest chains I was running. Could enter it in normal once I relogged. You may close this out Sorry I doubted this server.

Sorry to jump the gun so often, but now the npc is unclickable

Here's a workaround to the last issue. Use the following macro to fix the error for anyone else coming across a similar problem.
