I have a grp of friends that are from another server and they tried to do the migration.

Part of the grp of friends I have with me from another private sv tried to migrate here and they ran into an IP issue. They are brother that play on the same router and i guess one got IP banned bc they had the same IPs. Was wondering if there is a fix to this. They do not have this problem on the other server and we all would like to group together and play here. Already love the server so please help them. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Ask them to open a new migration request and to explain their situation. Once they do that, the game master in charge of their migration will analyse their situation if it's really true
