I think it's been over a month since I posted this so BUMP

There will be a "custom fix" to this issue because NPCs reward reputation towards 4 factions. Because of how the SQL Table is made (check it here) I cannot insert more than two values, as `creature_id` has a Primary Key (take it like the personal number from your ID card). There can be only one query of it in the SQL Table. Modifying the entire table, for only these factions... too much work so for low gain.
The custom fix will be that half of the mobs will reward reputation to two factions, and the other half the remaining two factions - both not stoping at Honored/Revered - Because those @BlizzTardment the designed rep cap randomly and not for the same factions.
Working on it now.
