[FIXED] [Druid][Balance][Glyph] Glyph of Omens doesn't trigger Eclipse

Bug description: Casting any of the spells enlisted on the glyph tooltip does correctly grant 10 solar/lunar energy, although when you reach 100 energy it does not want to trigger the eclipse, which it should.

Proof: Self-made footage at dummy. Same sittuation no matter of instance type or target type.

Confirmed.
While having this glyph, any of those extra spells that grant you solar or lunar energy don't trigger the eclipse. You stay at 100 energy and you have to cast another Wrath/Starfire in order to trigger the eclipse.
