[FIXED] [User Interface] Show Aggro Percentages

Bug description: Aggro Percentages don't appear on target portrait when i am in group or when i fight with a pet. When i have at least 100% aggro, the red border don't appear around the target portrait.
I tried with all 3 chars i have here (hunter, rogue and mage)

I use fresh Freakz client with no addons.

Even if i install addons for threat meter like Omen3 or Skada, nothing shows in the addon frame.
