Items lost through mail but not gold

Item Name & ID:Portal Holes (x3) 51809 , 2 heirlooms = Ripped Sandstorm cloak 122266 and Burnished Helm of Might 69887 aswell as a few hundred gold

I send 3 portable holes , gold and 2 heirlooms to my alt char (orchit) then i decided i wanna be a different race so i sent back the gold, heirlooms and portable holes to my main
(Apricity) i logged of and logged my priest first before deleting my alt. When i logged my priest I found in my mailbox only the gold but not the heirlooms or portable holes. Proving i
did send the mail to the correct char seeing as I received the gold but not the heirlooms and bags and they were not on my alt as well, I deleted my alt and created a new one.
I received the gold but not other items please recover them as i defnitly send them to the correct char otherwise i wouldn't have received my gold.
