Heirloom Items lost in mail.

Details: (optional) I made an undead warrior 2 days ago by the name of Abrahim. I had 5 plate heirloom items (legs, shoulders, back, chest and head) on a paladin and so I sent them to the warrior. One day later, I decided I do not like the undead so I made a troll warrior (Kargathe). I sent the heirlooms- plus the two handed axe- I had on the undead to the troll. When I opened the mail on the troll, I noticed that only the axe had been sent and the rest of the heirlooms were gone. Any chance I get a refund or get my heirlooms back?

Your problem is really annoying, somehow I managed to have a proof only for three of your missing items (chest/shoulder/legs), but for head/back I don't have any proof/log, I've sended on your warrior these three.
Next time wait until you receive mail, then delete your character.
