Bug description: If you fall under the map in Dalaran Arena, you won't get teleported back.
Proof: no.

Adding that, if you fall under the Blade's Edge Arena's stairs, you also remain there, there's no teleport, it will teleport you only if you fall in the middle of the arena somehow.
