Bug description: The drop chance is to low. On blizz you could finish this quest in 2 weeks. Also as you can see on all the comments on wowhead, it would take up to 7 8 9 runs to get them. Did 4 no drop, maybe but luck.. but still is a bit to low the drop chance.

That's because on blizz you can do only 1 raid run, here you can to 4 for each difficulty (10n, 25n, 10h, 25h), intended and will not be increased

On blizz it drops on all difficulties but if it drops at 1 boss on 10n, it woun't drop again on 10h 25n 25h that week...

"To be clear, Yes you can get these from LFR Bosses. They do however share the same 1 week cooldown that boss loot does. meaning you have 1 chance per boss once a week to get sigils of power. If you kill a boss, future kills of that boss will NOT yeild an opportunity to get a sigil. That being said, you can however do all the bosses in LFR, and then do all the bosses in heroic or normal mode and have extra chances that way."

On blizz you can't do same bosses on all difficulties, that's why "it wouldn't drop again" because you can't actually kill the same boss on all 4 difficulties. You kill the boss on 1 difficulty => 15% chance
On our server boss kills are not shared between cooldowns, meaning you can kill the same boss on all 4 difficulties (10n, 25n, 10h, 25h). If we would set the drop chance to 15% you'd have a 60% chance to get the item (15% + 15% + 15% + 15% from all difficulties)

The other quote is strictly related to LFR and it's "loot-based cooldown"

yes but you see 5% on every diff is way hardcore than the 15%, can you implement for this item a shared loot cd on it? if it drops on 1 diff to not drop on others? Because as it is now it is gona take us more time to do this chapter that give you sha gem witch is useless for ToT gear / Soo gear. and it's gona take atleast 1 month 1 month and a half to get them all..

We don't have loot-based cooldown, we will probably implement it when we implement LFR (hopefully soon)

I get this, but making it drop 5% will just make this quest to be finished in 1 month 1 and a half for a chapter that gives a sha gem witch you can't use on ToT / Soo gear.

For example I did MV 10n , M 25n and MV 10h with the 5% drop, and from 18 bosses it droped 0 sigils, while on blizz with the 15% you said, you should have had atleast 1 I would say.

The drop chance is way too low, I mean ashes of alar has 2% drop chance and it's a rare mount.
The way it is right now means you to have to work 3 times harder than retail for no reason, make it blizzlike and drop just from 1 difficulty.

Well than you could make the drop chance 7.5% and make it drop only on normal? ----> 15% as on blizz

Proof with 100% drop chance? Also, keep in mind that we might reduce the 100% chance to 25% for each difficulty to match our 4 raid cooldowns available for you.

yes but 25% chance on 4 diff and 100% on blizz is not the same you could have the bad luck to get 0 drops

Also on blizz sigils dropped from 3 difficulties LFR, flexible and normal/heroic, but we don't have neider LFR nor flexible...
