Try having residue on you, I had over 700 residue on me and I couldn't get the quest

I have 800 residue in my bag and still I can take this quest with no problems.

Got 2244 residue on me, current honored and halfway to revered and I only get the 1 quest

Okay, I've found an issue - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=7737&&name=gaining-even-more-acceptance is only available on friendly reputation, but it should be available until exalted.

Confirmed.
